Every piece is designed in France and crafted in a small French atelier. The embroidery is done by a talented team in Tunisia, following the slow rhythm of handmade craftsmanship.
The fabrics: The collection essentially uses cotton and natural materials. All fabrics are carefully selected for their quality and durability, with a selection being organic and Oeko-Tex certified.
Each piece is made to order, following a meticulous, multi-step artisanal process:
The Journey: The process begins with cutting in France, followed by shipping to Tunisia for the detailed embroidery, before returning to France for final assembly.
Standard Timeline: Because this craftsmanship takes time, the average production timeline is 7 to 8 weeks before shipping.
Exceptional Pieces: For unique designs requiring extensive hours of embroidery, this lead time may be extended.

For orders outside the European Union, customs duties or taxes may apply upon delivery.
These fees are your responsibility, and we are unable to estimate them in advance.
If a parcel is refused due to non-payment of these fees, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Each piece is crafted with care, almost especially for you. Behind every order are hours of manual work, small-batch printed fabrics, and a true human commitment.
For this reason, in case of an approved return, we do not offer refunds, but rather a store credit or discount voucher valid for 6 months on our online store. This allows us to honor the time invested in each creation while remaining attentive to your needs.
Since we launch production shortly after your purchase, cancellations are possible but depend on how far along your piece is. If the artisanal work has already begun, a 30% processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the materials and labor already invested in your creation.
