Where are your clothes made?

Each piece is imagined in France and brought to life in a small, independent atelier in Tunisia, following the slow rhythm of handmade craftsmanship.
Far from industrial production, we collaborate with a talented team of seamstresses and embroiderers who pour their heart and expertise into the making of every design.
The prints are hand-drawn by the designer, and the fabrics—natural and Oeko-Tex certified—are carefully sourced in France. This is a human-scale, thoughtful production that respects time, people, and materials.

We use natural fabrics sourced in France and certified Oeko-Tex. All materials are carefully selected for their quality and durability.

Each piece is made to order. The fabrics are printed and customized in a small atelier in France, then assembled in our sewing workshop in Tunisia, before being handembroidered by our artisans.
This multi-step artisanal process takes time: please allow 6 to 8 weeks before shipping.
This lead time reflects the care, quality, and uniqueness of each creation.

Yes, we ship worldwide via Colissimo. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

  • For orders outside the European Union, customs duties or taxes may apply upon delivery.
  • These fees are your responsibility, and we are unable to estimate them in advance.
  • If a parcel is refused due to non-payment of these fees, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Each piece is crafted with care, almost especially for you. Behind every order are hours of manual work, small-batch printed fabrics, and a true human commitment.
For this reason, in case of an approved return, we do not offer refunds, but rather a store credit or discount voucher valid for 6 months on our online store. This allows us to honor the time invested in each creation while remaining attentive to your needs.

Since we launch production shortly after your purchase, cancellations are possible but depend on how far along your piece is. If the artisanal work has already begun, a 30% processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the materials and labor already invested in your creation.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel at any time via the Colissimo platform.

In the event of a delivery issue, we will fully assist you in coordinating with the carrier to resolve the problem. However, please note that [Nom de votre marque] cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or errors caused by the postal services once the parcel has been handed over.

 

To ensure a smooth delivery, we strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address. For your peace of mind, we especially encourage choosing the “delivery with signature” option, as it is the only method that includes insurance and guaranteed recourse in the event of loss.

Since each piece is crafted almost exclusively for you, it represents hours of dedicated manual work and a true human commitment. For this reason, refunds are only issued in exceptional cases.

Should you wish to return your creation, we primarily offer store credit or a voucher valid for 6 months. This allows us to honor the time invested in your unique garment while ensuring we find a solution that works for you.
